Construction Firm specializing in the design, construction and operation of all types of water treatment plants.
Functions:
- -Daily and weekly control of accounting.
- General administration of the construction and of its personnel.
- Preparation of monthly administrative closures of the work, including administrative reports.
- -HR-management work. Payroll, reception and accommodation of worker of the construction, workspace management on site, lower costs, expense reports, work schedules parts, canteen, staff costs, management of construction secretaries...
- -General construction-service management. Administrative supplies, vehicle fleets and drivers, work visas, construction travel management...
- -Customer invoices Management / coordination of invoices of customers on site. Under the supervision of the construction director, attend the follow-up of the customer invoices and assist in the control of their administrative status in the firm and help in obtaining recovery.
- -Management of the construction cash-flow, cash account, administrative reconciliations, control of administrative fees and payments with financial institutions in the construction. Collect and handle invoices documents.
Requirements:
- - Experience in industrial engineering
- - Knowledge of accounting of Arab Emirates
- - 3-5 Years experience in sector
- - Good English level
